Frank Rinaldi of Warick, N.Y., was a guest this week of John and Denise Lang and family.
They met Jessica and Dusty Friday night for supper at Grand Central Hotel in Cottonwood Falls. A good time was had by all.
Bev Reynolds and her aunt Bonnie Carinder of El Dorado spent this past weekend with Jan and Monty Beaty at Edmond, Okla.
As Roy returned Sunday from Dallas, he picked up Bev and Bonnie and they returned home. Guests Sunday of Roy and Bev was their daughter, Kathy Dowell of Leon.
Hazel Clothier and her daughter Teresa Hill of Marion had dinner Friday at Chuck Wagon restaurant at Florence.
We extend get well wishes to Cliff Mann and Lorene Walker, wishing them a speedy recovery.
Bill and Margie Williams and Hazel Clothier had supper at El Dorado. The Williams' dinner guests Sunday were Gary Williams of Colby, Carl Williams of Manhattan, Will and Gayla Soyez, Elliot and Samantha of Florence, Terry Stienbacher of Wichita, and Neva Hicks of Oklahoma. The occasion was to help Will Soyez celebrate a belated birthday.
Julia Smith went to a football scrimmage Saturday night at Cottonwood Falls.
Dinner guests for a barbecue at the Everett and Janet Cress home were Brandon and Carri Cress and family of Burns, Shawna and David Goodwin and family of Douglas, Shealah and Roger Gulick of El Dorado, Shannon Foster of Newton, Rylee Foster of Emporia, Byran Malone of Olpe, and Jim Siebert of Cedar Point.
Joining Everett for his 65th birthday trail ride was Dan and Toni Fletcher, Luke and Jake Wessell, Justin Jacobson and Carrol Kutz of El Dorado, and Julia Smith.
Jack and Patti Mitchell and Amy went this past weekend to the Strong City festival. Patti said it was lots of fun. On Friday Patti and Amy went to a FBLA picnic.
