Kathy Dowell will host a 70th birthday celebration from 2 to 4 p.m. Jan. 15 for Bev Reynolds at the Harvey House in Florence. Kathy hopes to see many people she hasn't seen for a long time.
John and Denise Lang, Johnny and Jaimie left Nov. 21 for Branson, Mo., and returned home Nov. 27. Jaimie said they had a good time.
Thanksgiving dinner guests of Bill and Margie Williams were Gary Williams, Will and Gayla Soyez, Elliot and Samantha of Florence, Neva Hicks of Oklahoma, and Carl Williams and Becca Kukuk of Manhattan. Carl Williams of Manhattan was a Friday dinner guest.
Saturday evening, Bill and Margie, Hazel Clothier, Jean Everett, Gary Williams, and Terry Stienbacher met at a Florence restaurant for dinner. Saturday overnight guests of Bill and Margie were Gary Williams and Terry Stienbacher of Wichita.
Hazel Clothier spent Thanksgiving with Teresa and Kevin Hill, Heath and Cassidy of Marion. Friday Hazel had lunch with Joyce Hett in Florence.
Sunday afternoon Hazel visited Thelma and Larry Blosser in Florence.
Roger and Shealah Guilick were Wednesday through Saturday night guests of Everett and Janet Cress. Thursday guests were Randy and Shannon Foster and family, David and Shawna Goodwin and family from Douglass, and Jim Siebert. Additional Saturday guests were Missy Albertson of Lebo, Kenny and Jeanice Miller of Emporia, Bill Janucres family of Greenwald, Mo., Shawn and Michelle O'Kelly and family of Kansas City, Brandon and Carri Cress, Montana, Hunter, and Candice of Burns.
