Johnny and Jaimie Lang had a good week at the fair. Congratulations to them.
Amy Mitchell had a really good showing on her projects at the Chase County Fair this week. Amy participated in the fashion show. Also, one of Amy's string arts will be exhibited at the State Fair.
Patti Mitchell, Amy and Denise Lang, Johnny and Jaimie, camped out at the fair.
Roy and Bev Reynolds have been visiting Bev's father, Orval Goodwin, in St. Luke Hospital in Marion this week.
We extend sympathy wishes to the family of Bob Madsen.
Saturday dinner guests of Bill and Margie Williams were Gary Williams and Carl Williams and Becca Kukuk, both of Manhattan. Carl and Becca also were Sunday dinner guests.
Hazel Clothier had lunch Thursday with Joyce Hett of Marion, Jean Everett and Marge Osgood of Florence.

Hazel spent Friday with her grandchildren, Heath and Cassidy Hill of Marion.
Everett and Janet Cress's granddaughter, Candice, and Mariah Cress of Darby, Mont., have spent several days with them.
Everett, Janet and the girls attended Jean Louis' funeral Saturday at Florence United Methodist Church. Hazel Clothier also attended.
