Hazel Clothier and daughter, Teresa Hill of Marion had brunch Monday at Newton.
Hazel met Teresa Friday for dinner at the Chuck Wagon in Florence.
Bill and Margie Williams watched our granddaughter, Samantha Soyez, play at state basketball tournament Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. We're so happy to report her team from Hillsboro won the state tournament. It was discussed at dinner Sunday that 30 years ago the team Gayla played on at Cottonwood won the state tournament. Pretty exciting for a mother and daughter.
Sunday dinner guests of Bill and Margie Williams were Gary Williams, Carl Williams, Will, Gayla, Elliot, and Samantha Soyez, and Hazel Clothier. They came to celebrate Bill's birthday.
Sandy Cunningham, Robin, Morgan, Josh, and Nick took Doni Rogers to Prairie Rose for her birthday Friday evening.
Johnny Lang went to a 3-on-3 tournament Saturday at Chase County High School.
