Roy and Bev Reynolds visited Kathy and Floyd Dowell of Leon Sunday. They went to El Dorado and ate lunch.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day guests of John, Denise, Johnny, and Jaimie Lang were Jessica and Dustin Maddox.
Denise, Jessica, Johnny, and Jaimie went to Topeka this past Saturday.
Jaimie Lang spent Thursday night with Jessica and Dustin in Cottonwood Falls.
Hazel Clothier met her daughter, Teresa Hill for dinner at the Chuck Wagon Café in Florence Friday.
A Friday evening visitor of Hazel's was Mary Maloney of Florence.
We extend congratulations to Sarah and Justin Smith on the birth of baby Lane Douglas. Congratulations also to the new grandparents, Lonnie and Sharon Smith. Proud granddad Lonnie said, "He's a dandy!"

Bill and I wish to thank those that sent us sympathy cards, prayers, and calls following the Dec. 23 death of my sister, Julia Reddin of El Dorado, Ark. Bill and I returned home Tuesday afternoon.
