Wish lists for charitable groups sought
The Peabody Gazette-Bulletin is looking for information about local groups that help others either during the holidays or all year long.
The newspaper will print the "wish list" of these organizations so that more people in the community can help them reach their goals.
Organizations do not need to have 501(c)3 status to be included.
Please call the newspaper at 983-2185 (leave a message if necessary), send a fax to 983-2700, or e-mail the newspaper at gazette@peabodykansas.com. Or bring your list to the office in the back of Jackrabbit Hollow, 113 N. Walnut.
Send a brief description of your goals or purpose, who you help or serve, and how others can help you (monetary donations, volunteers, donations of equipment or merchandise, whatever you need). Include a contact phone number in case we need more information.
We would like to have the information by Thanksgiving for publication shortly thereafter.
For more information contact the newspaper at 983-2185,
