The Peabody-Burns High School track and field team has several strong contenders for the 2008 season.

The team has some returning letterwinners and also senior leadership.

The Warriors will compete Tuesday in their first meet at Goessel.

The boys' squad will be led by strong senior athletes in many individual events.

He will compete in relays and also as an individual.
