Unruh signs to play baseball at Tabor
Philip Unruh of Peabody has signed to play baseball at Tabor College during the 2005-06 season, according to Tabor head baseball coach John Sparks.
Unruh, a Hesston College sophomore, is expected to be Hesston's number one starter this season. Unruh had a 4-5 freshman season at Hesston with a 3.86 ERA.
"We are pleased that Phil has decided to be a part of things here at Tabor next season," Sparks said. "We feel Phil will be an excellent fit for Tabor both on and off the baseball field."
