Ty Gaines home for hunting

Ty Gaines of Emporia came to the home of his parents, Ronnie and Patti Gaines on Friday to hunt turkey. He was an overnight guest and hunted Saturday. Dusty Gaines of Newton was a Sunday dinner guest. Ronnie and Patti attended a surprise birthday party for Mary Beth Gaines and her daughter Polly Giebler Saturday evening at the Legion hall in Peabody.
Marvin and Sherol Nightengale's Wednesday evening visitors were Don and Twylah Nightengale of rural Florence.
Brenda Manns and Bosten of Manhattan were Friday overnight guests of Larry and Dee Morgan and Steven. Brenda helped with the garage sale Saturday and Bosten spent the day with Grandpa Larry.
Mary Langenegger and Joyce Kyle met Archie and Maryellen Stenzel of Marion at the Burns Café Wednesday morning for a breakfast to celebrate Maryellen's birthday.
Jim Gehring of Moundridge was a Friday afternoon caller of his sister, Joyce Kyle. Saturday afternoon callers were Lois, Megan, and Jessica Sayers.
Lois Hostetler of Gentry, Ark, sister of Margaret Jantz, died Tuesday after a long illness. Ron, Margaret, and family attended the funeral on Friday. Our sympathy to the family.
