Two graduate from AIT program
Private Jesse L. Newman Jr., U.S. Army graduated from Light-Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic Advanced Individual Training course at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, Md. The program trains soldiers to perform unit maintenance and recovery operations on light-wheeled vehicles.
Newman is the son of Jesse L. Newman Sr. of Peabody and is a graduate of Peabody-Burns High School.
Private Ashlee D. Burnett graduated from Automated Logistical Specialist AIT course at the U.S. Army Quartermaster Center and School at Petersburg, Va. The course trained Burnett to establish and maintain stock records and other documents.
Burnett is the daughter of Matthew and Melissa Burnett of Peabody. She also graduated from Peabody-Burns High School.
