Topham signs with Southwestern College
Peabody girl will participate in cross country, track
Kate Topham of Peabody recently signed a letter of intent to participate in cross country and track at Southwestern College in Winfield.
"We are pleased that Kate has committed to Southwestern and that she will be a member of our cross country and track teams," said Jim Helmer, Southwestern's cross country and track coach.
"Kate has all the qualities we look for and want in our recruits. She is an outstanding student with excellent character and work ethic and she has the talent and potential to make a big contribution to our program," Helmer continued.
"We are looking forward to having her with us this fall."
Topham plans to major in pre-med while at Southwestern. She is the daughter of Greg and Kim Topham of Peabody
