Tomahawks take another league win

The Peabody-Burns Tomahawks continue to dominate the competition with their victory over Sedgwick Nov. 24 on the Sedgwick hardwood. The Tomahawks defeated the Cardinals 60-28.
The team now is 3-0 with a Thursday home match-up against Pretty Prairie.
The Tomahawks took an early lead against the Cardinals and never looked back.
Leading 15-4 at the end of the first quarter, the PBJH squad continued their attack into the second quarter with tough defense and good ball movement. The Tomahawks were up 32-9 at the half.
They showed the Cardinals more of the same in the second half, leading 43-15 at the end of the third.
The Tomahawks coasted to an easy victory 60-28.
