Tomahawks go 2-2 following loss to Canton-Galva

The Peabody-Burns Tomahawks took to the field Thursday for a tough home game against Canton-Galva. The Tomahawks lost to the Eagles 30-8. The PBJH squad now prepares for a road game at Hutch Trinity.
The scoring opened with the Eagles on a drive down the field. The Canton-Galva team added a two-point conversion and the Eagles went up 8-0.
The Tomahawks came back quickly to put up a score on a 58-yard run by Trevor Hamm. Derrick Simmonds connected with Duane Unruh to add two extra and the score was tied 8-8.
The remainder of the game was all Eagles with the visitors scoring three more touchdowns. The Tomahawks struggled and the final score was 30-8.
The Tomahawks now are 2-2 on the season.
