Superswimmers compete at Hesston

The Peabody SuperSwimmers opened the 2008 swim season Saturday at Hesston. The team placed third with 315 points.
Lindsborg won the meet with 511 points and Hillsboro was second with 443. Hesston came in fourth with a total of 191 points.
The SuperSwimmers will host a meet Saturday with Marion and Council Grove in attendance.
"It was a good first meet for our swimmers," said head coach Laura Williams. "Our kids have been in the water for nine days and they did well. They competed against good teams in a large first meet."
