Students selected for league honors
Heart of America League has selected players for the 2001-2002 all-league basketball teams. Peabody-Burns seniors Steven Morgan and Andrea Jones were chosen — Morgan to the first team and Jones to the second.
Students named from Berean Academy are juniors Andrew Loewen and Justin Timken. Both were selected for the HOA second team.
Remington High School is represented by six students. Brent Klaassen and Sarah Klaassen, both seniors, made the first teams. Seth Klaassen, Austin Wuthrich, Hanna Klaassen, and Erika Ensz were selected for the second teams. Ensz is a junior, the others are seniors.
Students are chosen for the all-league teams by the Heart of America league coaches.
