Students compete in Newton tournament

Three students at the Peabody-Burns Taekwondo Center participated March 23 in the inner school tournament hosted by the Newton Karate Taekwondo Institute at Sunset Elementary School, Newton.

Participating from Peabody-Burns were Garrett Weems and Elliott and John Spechtenhauser.

Weems placed second in forms and first in sparring. E. Spechtenhauser placed first in forms and sparring, and J. Spechtenhauser placed second in forms and participated in sparring.
