Sondra Berry
Sondra Berry, 67, of Walton, died Aug. 4, 2007, at the Cancer Treatment Center of America, Tulsa, Okla.
Born Sept. 10, 1939, at Newton, she was the daughter of Norman and Maurine (Dreier) Briar.
She was a cosmetologist in Newton for many years.
Survivors include her husband, Stephan Berry of Walton; four daughters, Janet Wentz and Shannon Burns of Walton, Jill Feay and Jackie Curtis of Newton; two brothers, Vic Briar of Canon City, Colo., and Stan Briar of Hesston; parents, Norman and Maurine Briar; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Highland Trinity United Church of Christ, Newton, with Pastor Sheree Boman officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, rural Newton.
A memorial fund has been established with the Walkway of Courage, Cancer Treatment Center of America, Tulsa, Okla.
