Serving improves for Lady Tomahawks
Peabody-Burns Junior High School volleyball squad took on Little River Thursday.
The A-team was defeated 25-22, 15-15. The B-team lost 25-14, 25-16. The C-team won 25-19, 19-25, 15-10.
The Lady Tomahawks had a good night with the service aspect of their game. The A-team served 78 percent in the first game and 71 percent overall in the match. The B-team served 68 percent on the night. The C-team served 74 percent for the match, with a third game high percentage of 93 percent.
Next up for the Lady Tomahawks is a road game with Hutch Trinity.
