Seniors selected for KU honors
The University of Kansas recently honored four Peabody-Burns High School seniors for being in the top 10 percent of their class.
Joseph Brunner, Andrew Topham, Jacob Wolf, and Jason Unruh and their parents were guests of KU Sept. 20 at a banquet in McPherson.
Each student received a hard-bound dictionary with a companion computer version. They also were informed of their eligibility for a freshman honors scholarship if they decide to attend KU.
Joseph Brunner is the son of Trent Brunner of Peabody and Darla Brunner of Burns. Andrew Topham is the son of Greg and Kim Topham of Peabody. Jason Unruh is the son of Lewis and Carrie Unruh of Peabody. Jacob Wolf is the son of Randall and Kate Wolf of Burns.
