Semi drivers will appear in district court March 28 years ago
Two semi tractor-trailer drivers charged with vehicular homicide were scheduled to make their initial appearances in court Tuesday.
Instead the drivers, J.D. Miser, 62, Emporia, and Michael W. Hardwick, 50, El Paso, Texas, will be arraigned at 9:45 a.m. March 28, in Marion County District Court.
The drivers were charged with the misdemeanors as a result of two separate accidents on U.S.-50 in 2004. Four people died as a result of the two accidents.
