Schmidt engagement
Calvin and Dawna Schmidt of Moundridge announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica, to Ben Schmidt, son of Cindy and Larry Stucky of McPherson and Terry and Debbie Schmidt of Overbrook.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Harold and Reva Goodwin of Burns. She is a graduate of the Moundridge High School and Lawrence Beauty Academy. She is a hair stylist at Becky's Salon and Day Spa, Lawrence.
The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Moundridge High School and the University of Kansas. He is employed in new construction sales for Kone, Inc. of Knoxville, Tenn.
The wedding is planned for Feb. 16.
