Sabrina Mills
Sabrina Mills, 53, died March 8, 2004, at St. Catherine Hospital, Garden City.
Born June 13, 1950, in Peru, Ind., she was the daughter of Richard and Martha Kortje.
She graduated from Huntington Beach (Calif.) High School, then moved to Peabody.
On July 8, 2000, she married Harold Mills at Lakin.
She worked as a field executive at Girl Scout Tumbleweed Council after moving to Garden City in 2000.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Kortje.
Survivors include her husband, Harold; mother, Martha Kortje of Peabody; a brother, Frank Kortje of Baytown, Texas; five children, Brenda Rel of Anaheim, Calif., Tammy Lago of Redding, Calif., Donny Lago of South Carolina, Kevin Lago of Hutchinson, and Anthony (Tony) Lago of Garden City; three stepdaughters, Lisa, Pam, and Megan Mills, all of Hays; 19 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
