Rucker named KSHSAA liaison
Peabody-Burns High School teacher Dorothy Rucker has been appointed 2A liaison to Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA).
She will represent the interests of all 2A schools in the state concerning forensics and debate programs, as well as speech and communications classes.
She also is a member of the KSCA executive board, which plans future state conventions and activities of the organization.
Rucker has been a communications teacher at PBHS for 30 years and taught college speech classes at Butler Community College.
