Joyce Kyle had the experience of a lifetime last weekend. She flew out of Wichita Friday morning to San Diego, Calif. and attended the wedding of her grandson Chris Kyle and Taya Studebaker at Newport Beach. The wedding was held at noon Saturday on the Royal Princess yacht. They cruised the bay as it was too windy to go out to the ocean, leaving the yacht at 4:30 p.m. The rest of the evening was spent visiting in the Hotel Atrium Ballroom. Joyce returned home Sunday morning after a wonderful weekend.

Ronnie and Patti Gaines helped celebrate the 90th birthday of his mother, Maude Gaines on Sunday at the Peabody Elementary building. Marvin and Sherol Nightengale also attended the birthday celebration, as did most of the brothers and sisters. We extend get well wishes to Bill who suffered a stroke Friday.
