Roberta Bitikofer
Roberta Bitikofer, 86, died June 3, 2007, at Hesston.
Born Aug. 15, 1920, at Peabody, she was the daughter of Harry and Edna (Beck) Selzer.
On Oct. 10, 1940, she married Allen Bitikofer at Canton.
She was a member of Spring Valley Mennonite Church, rural Canton.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Kathryn Shank, Violet Selzer, and Arletta Becker.
Survivors include her husband, Allen Bitikofer of Hesston; three daughters, Joan Yoder of West Liberty, Ohio, Sonia Tucker of Kimberling City, Mo., and Marlys Becker of Canton; three sisters, Ruby Ressler of Alberta, Canada, Doris Bitikofer of Canton, and Gladys Yoder of Harrisonburg, Va.; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at Spring Valley Mennonite Church, rural Canton, with Pastor Bruce Anthony officiating.
Burial was in Spring Valley Mennonite Church Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established with the Mennonite Disaster Service.
