Program highlights music
March is Music in Our Schools Month. As part of the celebration USD 398 music students will be presenting musical events all month. Three of them will take place Friday.
Peabody-Burns second and third grade music classes will present a short program at 10:30 a.m. in the multi-purpose room at the grade school.
Second graders will be performing original rhythm compositions and third grade students will present a mini-musical, "The Color Factory."
There is no charge for the program and the public is welcome.
Vocal music students who participate in Voices at the high school will present a dinner theater at 6 p.m. Friday in Peabody-Burns Elementary School multi-purpose room.
