Police investigate domeestic cases

Peabody police officers arrested a juvenile Sept. 14 at 402 N. Olive. The juvenile was charged with domestic battery, aggravated assault, criminal threat, and criminal damage to property.

They investigated a complaint of criminal damage to property Wednesday at a residence at 809 N. Locust where a back door to the residence was kicked in after a verbal disagreement. No arrests were made, but Doug Eden will be charged with criminal damage to property.

A credit card reported lost within the city limits by a citizen was found by a person who used the card twice at Ampride. The card was reported lost Sept. 16. The incident is still under investigation.

On Sept. 23, Donald J. McCullough Jr. was arrested in Peabody on a Peabody bench warrant and a Marion County bench warrant. He was booked into Marion County jail.
