Betty Ireland attended church Sunday with Margaret Ireland of rural Marion and ate dinner at Kingfisher's Inn at Marion County Lake.

Ed Grimwood and Tom Grimwood and Christopher of Burns were Sunday afternoon visitors of Ray and Eleanor Davidson.

Ronald and Kathleen Ludwig attended the fifth birthday celebration for their grandson Peyton Heidebrecht at the home of his parents Scott and Rolana Heidebrecht and boys in Marion. Other guests were Dan Ludwig and Steve and Tawnya Sokoll and Corinn of Wichita. The group attended the Thanksgiving supper at Florence Christian Church that night.

Visitors of Don and Twylah Nightengale this week were Harold and Shirley Grinstead and Brett and Mary Maloney and girls.

Joy Vannocker and Cheri Satterfield of Newton visited Saturday with Edith Hansel of Madison.

Tyson and Melanie Grimmett and Bethany of Marion and Justin and Rachelle Grimmett of Clay Center were Saturday supper guests of Mary Jane Grimmett. They were celebrating the birthdays of Tyson and Melanie. Jean Everett visited later in the evening.

Tim and Janette Parmley attended a fourth birthday party Sunday for Corin Parmley hosted by her parents James and Melissa Parmley and brother Cody of Cedar Point. Other guests were Becky Vannocker, Pam Herzet and Quinn and Bob and Marlene Herzet of Hillsboro, Donna and Delmer Fink, Travis Parmley, Andi Shipman, Joy Vannocker, and Sarah Waddell and Hap of Burns.

Ronald and Kathleen Ludwig and Jack and Glenda Taylor of Marion left Monday for a trip visiting sights around Kansas. They enjoyed the Kansas Cosmosphere at Hutchinson, the sights in Abilene and Salina, and attended the buffalo sale at Maxwell Game Preserve.

Luke and Kris Turner and girls of Eureka were Sunday dinner guests of Don and Twylah Nightengale. They brought Don and Twylah's new great- granddaughter Jordan Breanne to visit.

Lucille Wyss attended an 80th birthday dinner at noon Saturday for her brother Robert Phillips at the Burns Café.

Richard and Lucille Wyss attended the Wyss family Thanksgiving dinner Sunday at the home of Betty and Lee Bowers in Wichita.

Mr. and Mrs. Dale Weber of Cedar Point and Andrew Weber vacationed Nov. 1 through 8 at Port Aransas, Texas. They stayed at Mustang Island Beach Club and enjoyed collecting sea shells, kite flying, and lounging on the Gulf of Mexico beach. They also toured the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center in Houston, the USS Lexington Museum on the bay in Corpus Christi, and Matamoros, Mexico. After returning home, they attended the Marion-Hesston football game where Clint Weber was a participant.
