Tyson and Melanie Grimmett and Bethany of Marion were Friday supper guests of Mary Jane Grimmett.
Ronald and Kathleen Ludwig attended a third birthday party celebration Sunday for their granddaughter, Corrin Sokoll, in Wichita. Other guests were Corrin's parents, Steve and Tawnya Sokoll, Dan Ludwig, and Scott and Rolana Heidebrecht and boys of Marion.
Vernell Lovett was a Tuesday visitor of Don and Twylah Nightengale. The Nightengales visited Wednesday with Harold and Shirley Grinstead.
Tim and Janette Parmley were weekend visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Junior Parmley of Montrose, Mo.
Brad and Becky Vannocker were Sunday evening visitors of Orville and Joy Vannocker.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Taylor of Marion were Saturday evening visitors of Ronald and Kathleen Ludwig.
Mary Jane Grimmett met Justin and Rachelle Grimmett of Clay Center in Newton Saturday evening and they ate supper together. They attended the Bethel-McPherson College volleyball game.
Scott and Rolana Heidebrecht and boys of Marion were Friday evening visitors of Ronald and Kathleen Ludwig.
Leland and Julie Stuckey and Frank and Julie Midkiff of Newton brought in supper Friday evening for Don and Twylah Nightengale.
Joy and Orville Vannocker's Friday supper guests were Russ and Nicki Vannocker of El Dorado, Cherie and Marlin Satterfield of Newton, Brad and Becky Vannocker and Jessica and friend Sarah of Hillsboro, Pam Herzet and Quinn, and Melissa and James Parmley, Cody and Corrin of Cedar Point.
Don and Twylah Nightengale ate Sunday dinner with Don and Shirley Maxwell of Alma and Richard and Dolores Mann of Cedar Point at Kingfisher's Inn in Marion. They spent the afternoon at the Nightengale home.
Mr. and Mrs. Dennis McCallum of Wichita, Mr. and Mrs. Norm Richardson and Ashland of Mulvane, Mr. and Mrs. Don Willits, Kevin, Allison, Rebecca, and Kurtis of McPherson, Jessica Slater of Peabody, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Slater, Evan, Zane, and Noah were Saturday supper guests of Dewy and Jane Stevens. All celebrated the ninth birthday of Evan Slater.
Twilah Williams and Stephanie Williams of Wichita flew to Savannah, Ga., Oct. 16. From there they drove to Charleston, S.C., and toured historic sights and the USS Yorktown. They also visited Fort Sumpter. On the return trip they visited in Buford, S.C., and spent six days in Savannah visiting historical sights and Tybee Island and the Tybee Lighthouse. They enjoyed dolphin watching and a dinner cruise on the Savannah River, before returning home Oct. 26.
Mary Jane Grimmett was a Thursday supper guest of Ed and Linda Hepburn of Benton. Additional guests were Travis and Michelle Swift of El Dorado.
