Pearl Dickson

Pearl Christine Dickson, 87, died Dec. 23, 2001, at Ridgecroft Health Care Center. Phoenix, Ariz.

Born Oct. 27, 1914, in Florida, Mo., she was the daughter of Cicero D. and Jennie Rosella (Harbit) Dowell.

She came to Kansas in September 1926 and married Edmon Dickson on Feb. 7, 1931. They lived in the Peabody, El Dorado, and the Burns area until September 1952, when the family moved to Phoenix, Ariz.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a grandson Donald Ray Dickson; four brothers, Charles, Gordon, Marvin, and Fred; and two sisters, Norine and Myrtle.

Survivors are three sons, Fred E. Dickson of Tempe, Ariz., Marvin L. Dickson of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Herman E. Dickson of Phoenix, Ariz.; a daughter, Pearl P Ausbun of Phoenix, Ariz.; two sisters, Edna Schill and Hazel Dallke of Peabody, 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, two great-great- grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was Dec. 27, 2001, at Camelback Sunset Chapel, Scottsdale, Ariz. Graveside services were at 11 a.m. Dec. 28 at Green Acres Cemetery, in Scottsdale.
