Peabody Super Swimmers start season

Peabody Super Swimmers kicked off their 2003 season Saturday with a big win. The team scored 699 points to take the win over Hesston with 371 points, and Abilene with 327.
"This was a good meet for our first one," stated coach Laura Williams. "The weather wasn't very good, but our swimmers swam well."
"We need more girl swimmers in the eight and younger bracket and the nine and 10 division, to stay competitive throughout the season," she added. "Otherwise our team is fairly balanced."
The Super Swimmers travel to Lindsborg next.
