Peabody memories requested by society
Peabody Historical Society is requesting recollections of Saturday nights in Peabody — any time frame, but if your relatives were here in 1871, those memories especially would be appreciated.
The recollections will be woven into the dialogue and scenes for the planned "Walk Through History — Saturday Nights in Peabody" scheduled for Oct. 17 and 18.
Replies may be mailed to Marilyn Jones, phoned to Janet Hamous at 620-983-2438, or told to board members Pat Jury, Pat Knust Henderson, Patricia Ketchum, Carmen South, Tom Schmidt, Ron Hedrick, Trudy Watts, Pauline McPheeters, and Ross Baker.
