PBES spelling bee is Friday
The annual Peabody-Burns Elementary School spelling bee will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the multi-purpose room.
Participants in the spelling bee include sixth graders, Austin Savage, Brandee Burnett, Breta Alstrom, Chandra Rippe, Fred Windsor, Hunter Pickens, Jamie Henry, Jessica Sayers, McKenzie Ensminger, Rayna Barnes, Seth Topham, Zachary Preheim, and Zach Peterson.
Fifth grade participants are Cassey Tompkins, Cierra Foth, and Gunner Winter.
Fourth grade participants are Caroline Beal, Cheyeen West, Christa Elliot, Nicholas Preheim, Rylie McDowell, and Tylor Baker.
The public is invited but asked to be on time to minimize distractions for the contestants.
