Parkside Homes: White Hat Club visits Vogt s

The White Hat Club visited Vogt's Hometown Market Thursday and enjoyed rolls and coffee courtesy of the store. We enjoyed a hymn-sing at 11 a.m. A Valentine video and completion of painting the bird feeders started at 3 p.m.
Trinity Mennonite Church started our week off with Sunday afternoon worship.
The residents enjoyed a music appreciation program Monday on classical music. The Red Hat Club met with Susie Kliewer as guest presenter. Cookies and tea were enjoyed by all. The book club met at 2 p.m. and dominoes were played at 3 p.m. A German choir sang in the evening.
As usual, we enjoyed fresh donut holes and coffee Wednesday while we read the newspaper. Charles Priddy gave the Bible study complete with props. Peach ice cream was served after the study.
We continue to enjoy "happy hour" each afternoon from 4 to 4:45. It is a time of sharing, singing, and enjoying music.
We enjoyed Show 'n' Share time Friday and played bingo in the afternoon.

Domino players were invited to the Tuesday afternoon games by Helen Schmidt.
As usual, we enjoyed fresh donut holes and coffee Wednesday while we read the newspaper. Pastor Roy Keller brought a devotional. Chocolate ice cream was served.
A traditional hymn-sing was enjoyed Thursday before lunch. During the afternoon we had a time of sharing together.
Bingo games were played Friday. Everyone enjoyed getting a banana after the games.
We encourage families, guests, and others to visit Saturday afternoons. Bring a game, children, or something you would be willing to share with others.
