We had "share and show" time Friday morning where we shared items and stories that make up our lives. We had a traditional Good Friday communion service. Judy Wineland, Paul Epp, the Congregate choir, and Dr. George Ens brought special music. Pastor Roy Keller brought a devotional and communion. We participated in the signing of the cross after communion. Residents and staff were invited to sign their names on a wooden cross.

Resident council met Monday afternoon to discuss current issues. Judy Wineland introduced herself to the council. Questions still arise regarding the new Park Homes.

Domino players were invited to Tuesday afternoon games. They shared cookies and coffee while competing for points. During the domino games residents enjoyed a bingo game and organ music.

Fresh donut holes and coffee were enjoyed Wednesday while the newspaper was read. Bob Fenstermacher brought the afternoon devotional. Vanilla ice cream was served after the meeting. We enjoyed an accordion sing-along during the late afternoon.

We enjoyed a traditional hymn-singing time Thursday morning. The video "The Passion of the Christ" was shown to a few residents who had requested to see it. Morning Star Church brought a program of music Thursday evening for Easter.

Weekly bingo games were played Friday with everyone receiving a banana afterward. Bingo continues to be a favorite here. If you would like to play, please join us.
