AIA Design for Aging Knowledge Communities and American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging invite architects, designers, and providers to submit projects for consideration in the Design for Aging Review.

A jury, consisting of architects, consultants, and providers/administrators familiar with unique needs of community residents, evaluates entries. They select entries believed to best represent a cross-section of design for aging facilities. The goal of the evaluation team is to illustrate current design trends for an aging population that also reflects advancement in quality of care and services. Citations will be awarded to projects that represent advanced design concepts and solutions sensitive to the needs of an aging population.
