The week started with a visit from Carolyn Penner from Hillsboro Library. She shared stories she thought we would enjoy and we did.

Domino players were invited to Tuesday afternoon games. They shared cookies and coffee while competing for points. Some people just like to play for the fun of it. We play our own rules and no points are kept.

Fresh donut holes and coffee were enjoyed Wednesday while the newspaper was read. Pastor Roy Keller brought the afternoon devotional. Vanilla ice cream was served after the meeting. We enjoyed an accordion sing-along during the late afternoon.

The men's White Hat Club met Thursday morning. Just before lunch we enjoyed a traditional hymn-singing time. During the afternoon Lawrence Welk brought a program of favorite hymns on video.

We had "share and show" time Friday morning.

Weekly bingo games were played Friday with everyone receiving a banana afterward.
