Ornaments, cards, mugs are available
Peabody Main Street Association has for sale several items that feature Peabody buildings rich with history.
Limited edition 2002 Christmas ornaments feature the former water tower, illuminated by yellow and red lights as it was during the holiday season. A photo taken by Don Lemley contributed to the design of the ornament and the memory of the former water tower in its prime.
The 2003 ornament features the Peabody Floral Exhibition Hall, also known as the Roundhouse, located in the center of City Park. Ornaments for 2000 and 2001 are not available. Ornaments for 1996-1999 still are available.
In addition to the ornaments, note cards with ink renderings of Peabody buildings are for sale for $6 per package. Each package comes with four designs and eight cards.
A limited number of Peabody High School mugs still are available.
