Northwest of Durham: Morning Star Church welcomes Thomases

Morning Star Church had a welcome supper and short program Sunday evening for Brian and Rebecca Thomas who have move to Durham from California.
Palmer and Lucille Base attended funeral services Friday for Stuart Base at the Baptist church at Gypsum.
Merlin and Karletta Wiebe and family were Sunday dinner guests at the Abe Ensz home at Hillsboro. Other guests were Mrs. Orlin Ensz and family, the Rick Hiebert family, Kayla Becker, Annette Unruh, and Carolyn Jantz.
Clayton and Betty Wiebe were Sunday dinner guests of Wayne and Loralee Wiebe.
Dianne Schroeder Lawrence spent Sunday afternoon with her grandmother, Marcella Unruh. They went to Salina to visit at the homes of Gerald Unruh, Gene Unruh, and Galen Unruh. She was an overnight guest before returning Monday to Lawrence.
Lola Redger and Verla Redger visited New Year's Day with Marie Jantz at her apartment at Goessel.
