Nightengales watch grandson play ball

Marvin and Sherol Nightengale attended the basketball game Thursday evening at El Dorado in which their grandson, Roger Nightengale, was a participant.
Al, Bonnie, and Shelby Plummer went Saturday to Kansas City where they met Martin and Kayme Voelker, Alyson and Abby of Nixa, Mo. They all enjoyed their stay at a lodge where they visited and swam. The Plummers returned home Sunday.
Lawrence and Lois Sayers were Wednesday lunch guests of her sister, Mary Archer, at Cottonwood Falls. They all went to Emporia after lunch and did some shopping. The Sayers called on Myron and Mary Thiessen Saturday afternoon in Peabody.
Florine and Judy Koehn, Janarro Jantz, Kaylee and Shauna, and Wanda Koehn went Friday afternoon to Moundridge Manor to be with Vernon's mother, Eva Koehn, for the Manor's January birthday party.
