Hazel Clothier and Dorothy Ludwig of Emporia joined a tour group for an eight-day trip to Hawaii. Hazel said it was a nice trip and they had a ball.
We extend get well wishes to Lonnie Smith, hospitalized in Wichita and Bev Morgan who is a patient at Newton Medical Center. We wish them both a speedy recovery.
Weekend guests of Roy and Bev Reynolds were their son and grandson Alan and Kelley Reynolds of Winfield.
Gary Williams and Terry Stienbacher of Wichita were Sunday dinner guests of Bill and Margie Williams.
Gary, Terry, Bill, and Margie had supper Thursday evening at the Chuckwagon Café in Florence.
Hazel Clothier, Teresa Hill, and Joyce Hett of Marion had dinner together Thursday at the Stone City Café in Marion.
Hazel and Teresa and Kevin Hill enjoyed the bluegrass musical evening Saturday at Emma Chase Café in Cottonwood Falls.
Sunday afternoon Hazel visited Larry and Thelma Blosser in Florence.
Patty Mitchell and Amy attended a 4-H rabbit show Saturday in El Dorado. Amy won seven ribbons on her rabbits and a trophy for best opposite breed. Amy sold the first rabbit she raised. Congratulations, Amy!
