New business owner heads design committee
You can expect to see more changes on Main Street in the near future. The Streetscape Committee is diligently working on developing a revitalization and infrastructure renovation plan for our business district.
Also, Dr. Timothy Caldwell has joined the Peabody Main Street Association's design committee. He is leading the effort in getting our Main Street district into top physical shape. Not only is he bringing an expertise in landscaping, but he also is bringing a new business to our downtown.
Relocating from Colorado, "Dr. Tim," his wife Krishyn, and their son Maxwell have moved to Peabody to be closer to family. Francis and Marilyn Payne are Krishyn Caldwell's parents.
Dr. Caldwell is a primary care physician who has a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Wyoming. He has several years of training in neurology and brain physiology in addition to his degrees in biology and human anatomy.
Dr. Caldwell specializes in treating pain. He sees patients with injuries, muscular pain, and stiffness. He has developed and expanded techniques that provide comfort and relief from pain and afflictions. It seems appropriate that Dr. Caldwell has chosen the 1880s pharmacy building downtown to house his business.
We welcome him and his family to Peabody!
And on the topic of design — have you noticed that the downtown community barrel has had a facelift? A big thank you goes to Heckendorn Equipment, Inc. for sandblasting and repainting our treasured community communications post! Be sure to take a look at it as you travel up and down Main Street.
