Milton: Sayers visit in Colorado

Lawrence and Lois Sayers left June 6 for Colorado Springs to visit their son and family, Mike and Sylvia Sayers, Tara and Kimberly. They returned home June 10. Sandy Sayers of El Dorado was a Saturday visitor to be with her dad for Father's Day. Sunday dinner guests of Lawrence and Lois were Bruce and Sheila Sayers, Megan and Jessica. Sara and Chad also were dinner guests.
Larry and Dee Morgan were Father's Day guests of Chance and Brenda Manns, Bosten and Laken in Manhattan.
Dusty and Ty Gaines joined their dad Ronnie Gaines for the Lions Club steak feed Saturday evening at Burns. Ronnie, Pattie, and Maude Gaines drove to Inman Sunday to spend the afternoon with Shelly Harper, Ben and Zach, who was home from Lawrence for the weekend.
Evelyn Sidener and Joyce Kyle attended a SHICK meeting at Salina Tuesday.
Archie and Maryellen Stenzel of Marion treated Mary Langenegger and Joyce Kyle to breakfast at the Burns Café Wednesday morning to celebrate Mary's birthday. Greg and Zeola Langenegger and Joyce Kyle helped Mary celebrate again at noon Saturday.
First Mennonite Church Senior Fellowship was held Wednesday evening at the home of Ted and Lois Roth in Elbing. Enjoying the evening were the Rev. Elmer and Tina Reimer, the Rev. Dave and Marilyn Reimer of Newton, Dave and Esther Stucky, Dan and Alice Stucky, David and Welma Thiessen, Howard and Darlene Goering of Peabody, Gene Obee, Kathleen Brenzikofer, Phyllis Mitchell, Mary Langenegger, and Joyce Kyle of Burns.
Joyce Kyle joined a large group of family and friends at the Legion in Florence Saturday to celebrate Carol Callahan's 50th birthday. A fun time was had by all.
Marvin and Sherol Nightengale celebrated Father's Day with supper at the home of Brad and Diane Nightengale, Roger, Laura, and Casey in El Dorado.
Father's Day dinner guests of Renferd and Wanda Koehn, Lonnie, Dalen, and Carolee were Nathan and Ella Koehn and Vernon and Florine Koehn and Judy.
