Milton news: Mother s Day gatherings reported from Milton area

Lawrence and Lois Sayers, Bruce Sayers, and Sandy Sayers were Mother's Day dinner guests of Sheila and Gunter Leibherr at Andover. Other guests were Aunt Ermal Bollack of Winfield, Aunt Treva Skinner of Wichita, and cousins Sharon and Bill Taylor of Winfield.
Megan and Jessica Sayers were Mother's Day guests of their mother, Sheila Sayers.
Mitch and Cathy Foote and Brandon and Kristen Wilds of Manhattan, and Brad and Diane Nightengale, Roger, Laura, and Casey were Mother's Day guests of Marvin and Sherol Nightengale.
Marvin and Sherol attended Roger's ball games Monday and Tuesday evenings in El Dorado.
Greg and Zeola Langenegger took Mary Langenegger and Joyce Kyle to Prairie Rose Saturday evening in honor of Mother's Day.
Mother's Day dinner guests of Mary Langenegger and Gary were Greg and Zeola Langenegger, Kristen and Mathew Newfield, and Joyce Kyle.
Ronnie and Patti Gaines were Mother's Day guests in the home of their mother, Maude Gaines. Others who joined them were Dusty Gaines, Jim and Sally Abel, Richard and Vicky Gantz and family, Shelly Harper, Ben Harper, Jean Gaines, and Herb and Melinda Gaines.
Shelby Plummer of Lawrence came to the home of her parents Saturday morning and they all attended the graduation of her fiancée, Chris Jones, at Wichita State University. His parents and grandparents also attended. Shelby returned home Sunday morning.
Congratulations to Yvonne Schmidt and Robert Koehn who were married Sunday morning at Eden Mennonite Church. Attending from the community were Renferd and Wanda Koehn, Lonnie, Dalen, and Carolee, Vernon and Judy Koehn, and Rose Forgy, Melissa and Ryan.
Ronnie and Patti Gaines attended a pre-graduation reception Saturday evening for Kali Alstrom at The Hub in Peabody.
Ty and Kim Gaines of Madison came by Ronnie and Patti's Sunday evening.
Joyce Kyle accompanied Carol Callahan Friday afternoon to Wichita to attend the graduation of Samantha Gomez Sladek. They went to a graduation party in the evening.
