Milton news: Ladies attend Bed Turning

Several ladies of the community, Sherol Nightengale, LaVonne Ammeter, Bonnie Plummer, and Joyce Kyle, attended the "Bed Turning" Saturday evening at Burns Community Building. They all enjoyed the presentation. Marve Nightengale and Al Plummer attended the Saturday evening steak feed.
Austin, Draven, and Aiden Bidwell of El Dorado spent June 3-4 with their grandparents, Al and Bonnie Plummer. The Plummers took them home Sunday and went on to Oklahoma to celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary, returning home Tuesday.
Shelby Plummer of Lawrence came home Monday to visit her parents, Al and Bonnie.
Bruce Sayers, Megan and Jessica went to Abilene Saturday and had a good time riding the train from Abilene to Enterprise and visiting several events in Old Abilene Town.
Kathleen Brenzikofer, Mary Langenegger, and Joyce Kyle went to Marion Tuesday evening, joined several others and went to Hesston to the hospice appreciation banquet.
Joyce Kyle called Friday afternoon on Carol Callahan and her houseguests, Samantha, Gabriel, and Valen of Wichita. They were celebrating Carol's birthday.
Rose Forgy, Melissa and Ryan and Rose's mother, Luana Isaac, went Sunday afternoon to Peabody park. The children played in the park for several hours having a fun time. In the evening they attended the Bible school program at Eden Mennonite Church.
Greg and Zeola Langenegger, Glenn and Daytha Langenegger, Emily, Amber, and Laura, and Joyce Kyle were Sunday dinner guests of Mary and Gary Langenegger.
