Milton news: Eden Mennonite youth group serenades Koehns

Eden Mennonite youth group went to the Renferd Koehn home Sunday afternoon and sang for them.
Dusty Gaines of Wichita and Ronnie Gaines attended the Peabody firemen's steak feed Saturday evening at Peabody. Dusty was an overnight guest of his parents. Patti spent Saturday with Kim Gaines at Madison.
Patti attend a layette shower Sunday for Ashley Handle at Newton.
Lois Sayers took Maude Gaines and Joyce Kyle Sunday afternoon to Hillsboro to attend a layette shower for Sara Sayers. They stopped in Florence and Sara went with them.
Joyce Kyle accompanied Carol Callahan Friday evening to Wichita to celebrate Scott Zogelman's birthday. Others attending were Pat and Mary Zogelman, Samantha Gomez, Brian Sladek, Valen and Gabriel, Jason Callahan, and Bert and Scott Zogelman. All went out to eat and later met at the Sladek home for ice cream and cake.
Al and Bonnie Plummer went to Nixa, Mo., Friday to visit Martin and Kayme Voelker, Allyson and Abby. They returned home Monday.
Rose Forgy, Melissa and Ryan visited Sunday afternoon with Merriam Jantz and family. They were supper guests Tuesday of Kevin and Jan Jantz, Shauna and Jesse.
Marvin and Sherol Nightengale went to El Dorado Thursday to watch Casey Nightengale run. Saturday they watched Roger and Laura.
Sandy Sayers of El Dorado visited Saturday with her parents, Lawrence and Lois. She was a visitor Monday as was Mary Archer of Cottonwood Falls.
Matt Jewell of Haysville visited Monday with Bruce Sayers.
