Milton news: Austin Bidwell s birthday celebrated

Hayley and Jeremy Bidwell, Austin, Draven, and Aiden of El Dorado came Saturday to the home of Al and Bonnie Plummer to celebrate Austin's ninth birthday.

Ronnie and Patti Gaines attended the funeral Saturday morning of Mark Griffith, husband of their pastor, Linda Willey, in Derby. They met Dusty Gaines for lunch in Wichita.

Bruce Sayers attended the 25th anniversary of his graduation Saturday evening from South East Wichita.

Jessica Sayers attended Girl Scout camp overnight Saturday at Peabody Country Club.

Sunday dinner guests of Renferd and Wanda Koehn, Lonnie, Dalen, and Carolee were Renferd's niece, Charity Koehn of Halstead and his parents Nathan and Ella Koehn.

Rose Forgy, Melissa and Ryan went to Halstead Sunday after church and took her aunt Carol Koehn to dinner. Later they called on her cousins Mitch and Sherry.

Beulah Gehring of Moundridge called Monday afternoon on Joyce Kyle. Larry and Dee Morgan of Hesston visited Sunday afternoon.

First Mennonite Senior Fellowship was held Wednesday evening at Burns Community Center. Attending were Pastor Arlen Busenitz, Dave and Esther Stucky, Dan and Alice Stucky, David and Welma Thiessen, Howard and Darlene Goering, Ruth Ann Schmidt, Esther Stucky, Phyllis Mitchell, Mary Langenegger, Kathleen Brenzikofer, and Joyce Kyle.

Joyce Kyle attended graveside services Saturday morning for a cousin, Hazel Stenzel, at Marion. She called on Minamae Bierman and Roseva Linden at Marion Assisted Living.
