Joyce Kyle left Nov. 22, flying from Wichita to Memphis and on to San Antonio, to visit in the home of her son and wife, Wayne and Deby, at Hondo, Texas. It was a pleasant time. Grandson Jeff, joined them for Thanksgiving until Sunday afternoon. We enjoyed a couple nights of bonfires and other activities. She returned home Nov. 30 from San Antonio to Minneapolis to Wichita, taking the long way home.

Patti and Ronnie Gaines picked up Esther Highfill Friday evening at Canton and went to Galva to the home of Kenny and Roma Koehn for supper. They attended the First Mennonite Christmas banquet Saturday evening. Dusty was a Sunday dinner guest of his parents. Monday evening Ronnie and Patti attended the Marion County employees Christmas party at the Marion City Building.

Marvin and Sherol Nightengale went to Manhattan Thanksgiving Day and were guests of their daughter and husband, Cathy and Mitch Foote. Other guests were Kristen and Brannon Wild, daughter of Mitch and Cathy.

Dinner guests Nov. 28 in the home of Marvin and Sherol were Jim and Linda Hess, Allie and Amelia of Kearney, Mo., Mitch and Cathy Foote, Brannon and Kirsten Wild, all of Manhattan, and Brad and Diane Nightengale, Roger, Laura, and Casey of El Dorado.

Shelby Plummer of Lawrence, Martin and Kayme Voelker, Alyson and Abby of Nixa, Mo., came to the home of Al and Bonnie Plummer and they all went to El Dorado to join other family at the home of Ben and Jean Plummer for Thanksgiving dinner in the evening.

Thanksgiving dinner guests of Lawrence and Lois Sayers were Sandy Sayers of El Dorado and the Bruce Sayers family.

Joyce Kyle, Kathleen Brenzikofer, and Gene Obee attended the First Mennonite Christmas banquet Saturday evening. Sunday afternoon Kathleen and Joyce attended the open house for Esther Nelson's 90th birthday at Cassoday.

Thanksgiving dinner guets of Renferd and Wanda Koehn, Lonnie, Dalen, and Carolee were Nathan and Ella Koehn, Roland and Kim Koehn and family, and Royce and Rachel Koehn and girls of James Port, Mo.

Vernon, Florine, and Judy Koehn held a post-Thanksgiving dinner Nov. 28 for Renferd and Wanda Koehn and family, Kevin and Janarro Jantz and family, Glenn and Bonnie Enz and family of Hillsboro, Rose Isaac and children, and Luana Isaac. Monday Vernon's grandson and wife, Michael and Annette Bender of Mifflinburg, Pa., arrived at the Koehn home. They were dinner guests. Evening supper guests were Renferd and Wanda and family, Kevin and Jan and family, and Luana. The Benders spent the night at the home of Renferd and Wanda.
