Marvin and Sherol Nightengale went Saturday to El Dorado to the home of Brad and Diane Nightengale, Roger, Laura, and Casey. They celebrated Roger's birthday. They went Tuesday evening to watch Casey play basketball.

Dusty Gaines of Wichita and Ty and Kim Gaines and Brooke of Madison were weekend guests of their parents, Ronnie and Patti Gaines. They all went to the home of Herb and Melinda Gaines Sunday and met other family members for a pre-Thanksgiving dinner.

Bonnie Plummer was called to Norton Tuesday due to the death of her mother, Florence Lambert. The funeral was Friday. Al Plummer, Hayley Bidwell and Austin, Martin and Kayme Voelker, Alyson and Abbie, Shelby Plummer, and Todd Plummer went to Norton Friday morning. Al and Bonnie returned home Sunday. Our sympathy to the Plummer family.

Joyce Kyle went Thursday afternoon to Newton Medical Center to call on Kathleen Brenzikofer. She has moved to Kansas Christian Home to recuperate.

Joyce accompanied Nedy Grimwood to Peabody Saturday morning to attend the burial for Dixie Richter. In the evening, Marie Clark and Joyce Kyle went to the Cassoday supper and bazaar with Tom and Nedy Grimwood and Christopher.

Mary Langenegger hosted the First Mennonite senior fellowship Wednesday evening. Attending were Pastor Arlan Busenitz, Dave and Esther Stucky, Howard and Darline Goering, Stan and Karen Saner, Mike and Larry Spachek, Ruth Schmidt, Esther Stucky, Phyllis Mitchell, Evelyn Sidener, Gary Langenegger, and Joyce Kyle.
