Marvin and Sherol Nightengale, Al and Bonnie Plummer, and Joyce Kyle attended the Burns United Methodist Church Bazaar.
Bruce Sayers came home from the hospital Wednesday evening. Sandy Sayers of El Dorado was a Saturday visitor.
Marvin and Sherol Nightengale went to El Dorado Saturday to watch their grandchildren, Roger and Laura Nightengale, run. Both of their teams qualified for the state meet.
Senior Fellowship of First United Methodist Church held their supper Wednesday evening at Burns Community Center. Attending were Pastor Elmer and Tina Reimer, Pastor Arlen Busenitz, Dave and Esther Stucky, Howard and Darlene Goering, David and Welma Thiessen, Phyllis Mitchell, Esther Stucky, Gene Obee, Kathleen Brenzikofer, and Joyce Kyle.
Joyce Kyle went to Wichita Thursday to visit Evelyn Beard and Phyllis Nedeau. In the evening, she went to Florence with Carol Callahan where they met Bert and Scott Zogelman at the Chuckwagon. Later, they went to Bert's house to enjoy her birthday cake.
Bob, Becky, and Brody Kyle hosted a birthday dinner Sunday for Braxton. Others enjoying the day were Fred and Margaret Hladik, Marion and Carolyn Rowland, Glenn and Betty Kyle, Dan and Robin Kyle, Brian and Katie Henry, Sherry and Carrie Glover, and Joyce Kyle.
Ladies of the Eden Mennonite Church took eight sheet cakes Friday afternoon to Moundridge Manor to celebrate October birthdays. Bringing the cakes were Wanda Koehn, Donna Koehn, Linda Koehn, Karen Koehn, Valeeta Koehn, and Lavonne Jantz. They report an enjoyable day.
Renferd and Wanda Koehn and Carolee visited Roland and Kim Koehn and family Friday evening. Nathan and Ella Koehn also were visitors.
